Let There Be

Shadows are powerful. Shadows are images that are cast from light blocked by the source, from the reality. The only way shadows are seen is if light is cast on the source or reality. So focus on the shadow is only temporarily seen as the reality comes into view. Shadows point to the reality.

This is where we begin our New Edition. Let there be shadows. For if there are shadows, light is shining on the reality.

Let There Be

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. (Genesis 1:3 NASB)

The spoken word of God is unlike anything we can fathom. The phrase “let there be” is more powerful than anything. God wants to allow, in a location, a state of being.

Three sentences into Genesis, we have a shadow. The shadow is a state of being in a location allowed by God. My take on this is that there must be a reality today that is an expression of a person, in a location, allowed by God.

Who is this reality? This reality is Christ!

By referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; to be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of God’s grace which was given to me according to the working of His power. (Ephesians 3:4-7 NASB)

Paul is talking about some POWER! He is talking about the Body of Christ Who consists of fellow heirs and fellow members and fellow partakers. We are in a fellow-ship!

The shadow of Christ is cast from the very Word of God, “Let there be…” As we see the separation of light from darkness, the Word that shines on this act provides a shadow of separation of darkness and light. Evening and morning. Christ’s resurrection to new Life is the reality.

Let’s not wait for the sun to come. Let’s be in Him now. We are heirs! We are members! We are partakers!

Let there be…

May we allow God to have His expression in our location…us.

God saw that the light was good; (Genesis 1:4a NASB)

Yes He is.

  1. I love this statement from the article:

“Let there be’ is more powerful than anything. The Lord’s purpose is to ‘BE’. We are that location of ‘BE’!

    Thx for writing this:)

“May we allow God to have His expression in our location…us.”

As the benefactors of His Life, Light and grace we have but one real choice. To allow His life to shine through us, allowing His expression.

    Thx bro!

That’s right, brother. There is nothing more beautiful than allowing Him to express Himself through us! Much love to you, brother.

“But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

You are the light of the world, The light is in you. Darkness can cover it but cannot put it out. Those who seek the light are merely covering their eyes. The light is in them now. Enlightenment is but a recognition not a change at all. Light is Love and love will enter immediately into a mind that truly wants it. but it must want it truly.

Your task is not to seek for love, but to merely seek and find all of the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. “Love waits on welcome not on time” It is the nature of Love to look upon the truth, for there it sees itself.

Jose Luis, that’s deep man! I like how you said, “Darkness can cover [Light] but cannot put it out.” That is an awesome perspective of the power of Light! Thanks for reading and commenting! In regards to looking upon truth, I wrote something on Truth too. Check it out when you get a chance:
